A start, to nowhere in particular

Much like tennis, my mind often toys back and forth with the idea of keeping a blog, in which until now, the matches always ended with convincing doses of procrastination. Perhaps you might wonder then, why now? What's changed? Who the hell is this 'dude'? What in the world is a 'serial amateur'? However, more likely you are wondering which wrong link did you clicked to end up here? If you did click the link on purpose, I suppose having to read through my random musings is a fitting punishment for your web surfing transgression.

Having known myself for 38 years, one behavioural pattern has become evident. Few topics keep my attention, but when they do, I become engrossed, one track minded, the rumination and exploration of the internal mechanics and external utility of such concept become a marathon.

As with all races, they end, and any fleeting moments of thought and perhaps uneducated follies misunderstood by oneself as 'genius' also fades into the past as fast as they came in the first place. Random would not be an unfair summary for the subjects historically and currently explored. Technology, language, piano, political correctness, philosophical mullings over the world today are all landmarks on this eclectic map.

This blog is an attempt to create a digital cookiecrumb trail of these musings, with maybe the slightest hope of this manifesting as something legible.
